Shags has reviewed the Foo Fighters’ latest album for AOB Online.
The Foo Fighters new album “Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace” is a slower, more sophisticated sound than their previous outings. Gone are the majority of the grungy guitars that many fans have loved since the band formed after the demise of Nirvana. Although the music has lost a tad of it’s grunge touch, it is still a rocking album that should please the current fanbase and may well attract more fans. Furthermore the album shows the depth of talent and ability that frontman Dave Grohl has in writing across different styles of music and bringing them together in a single, solid album.
