(for those not following closely, I went from mildly interested at about the 3 minute mark to “holy shit” at about 6 minutes)
"Angel of Death stars Zoe Bell (who you’ve seen double all kinds of people, but probably didn’t know it. She also spent much of Death Proof riding around on the hood of a car being awesome) as an assassin who "gets stabbed through the skull; she survives, but the head injury leaves her with an awkward side effect: She suddenly develops a conscience.
Without even seeing it, I was sold (so consider my opinion biased already), Zoe Bell was the best thing about Death Proof (except for Kurt Russell) and even though her acting in this is about the standard you’d expect from someone who usually works as a stand-in/stunt double the whole package is amazing and I’m looking forward to the next episode. They are releasing one episode a day until 13 March.
